Booth Fees / Application

For your convenience, we offer this online form. You may fill out your order here, then press the "Add To Cart" button at the bottom. You will then be able to either submit your form online with a credit card or print your application and mail or fax it to our office with your payment.

I Agree to the terms and conditions in the Exhibition Space Agreement
and Information Sheet.
The person submitting this form, herinafter referred to as EXHIBITOR(S), and Plants 'N Crafts Exposition Company, Inc., herinafter referred to as LESSOR. Lessor agrees to provide exhibitor a space in each exhibition for the consideration indicated above. Exhibitor agrees to pay Lessor for use of the described exhibition space. Exhibitor agrees the exhibit space is for his/her personal use and that he/she will not sell, lend, give, share or otherwise sub-let the space.
Please read Application, Exhibition Space Agreement, and Information Sheet carefully. Rules are enforced and these Agreements are binding. Tables are 2.5 X 8 feet and 30" high. Tables, chairs and electricity should be ordered and paid for at the time booth reservations are made.
Please submit photos or slides of your work and display with your application. They will be returned to you.
